Another Easter is nearly here and Chocolatician has been at it again. In the third and hopefully not final Chocollaboration with Plunge Creations it has been a very busy couple of weeks and an enormous amount of chocolate has been melted and sprayed in the workshop to create this wonderful easter treat!

On Friday morning we were delighted, nervous and extremely proud to unveil a 6ft high, chocolate Thomas the Tank engine. Having successfully built and decorated this chocolate masterpiece and safely delivered it to London's Kings Cross Station it has been left for three days to be admired by commuters and tourists over the easter weekend.

Made of over 120kg of Belgium chocolate which equates to around 50,000 chocolate buttons the tantalizing train is a creation commissioned by Matel to celebrate Easter and really give the kids something to talk about and the adult to freak over...one child broke through the security and ripped a wheel arch straight off!! The things that kids will do for toys and chocolate!!

Here is how we made it....
